Water Extraction Cleaning
Hot water extraction (or steam cleaning) is a process that involves using a cleaning agent and a rug machine scrubber and washer. The cleaning agent is applied to the floor with the machine and carpet brush. After the cleaning agent has settled into the carpet for a short time, the rug machine is passed over it to utilizing pressurized hot water to wash and rinse the carpet. Industrial fans are then placed around the room to ensure proper drying. This method is the best option for commercial carpets.
Bonnet Cleaning
Bonnet cleaning is a quick and efficient way to clean large commercial areas. It’s a process that uses a soft absorbent pad (or “bonnet”) and a rotary swing machine. Water and cleaning agents are applied to the bonnet and then applied to the rug with the swing machine. This method removes the top layer of dirt on the carpeting.
